2. Services

Selo provides access to a white-labeled CRM and marketing automation platform powered by Go High Level. Features may include:

CRM & lead management, marketing automation, landing page and funnel builders, booking and calendar tools, client communication systems (email, SMS, calls) and ai integrations.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

-Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.

-Use our services only for lawful purposes

-Keep your login credentials secure

-Refrain from sharing your account with unauthorized users

-Respect intellectual property rights of Selo and others

Any misuse of our services may result in termination of your access without refund.

4. Account & Subscription

Access to Selo services requires a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are given for partial billing cycles. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Selo (excluding white-labeled assets) are owned by Selo or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Selo integrates with third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from your use of these services. Use them at your own discretion and in accordance with their respective terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

-Violation of these Terms

-Non-payment

-Illegal or fraudulent use of the platform

Upon termination, your access to all data and content within the platform may be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
